गुरुविष्णुर्गुर्देवो महेश्वरः | |
गुरुः साक्षात् परं ब्रह्म तस्मै श्रीगुरवे नमः ॥ ||
गुरुविष्णुर्गुर्देवो maheśvaraḥ | | guruḥ साक्षात् paraṃ brahma tasmai श्रीगुरवे namaḥ ॥ ||
GaRaVaShhaNaeRaGaRaThaVa mahesvara | | guru SaKaShhaTa para brahma tasmai ShaRaGaRaVa nama ||
Guru is the Creator (Brahma); Guru is the Preserver (Vishnu);
Guru is the Destroyer (Mahesvara); Guru is verily the Supreme Absolute. Prostration to That Guru.
