The seeker attains permanent wealth and prosperity. This recitation provides protection from ghosts, spirits, vampires and planetary afflictions, that is, one gets freedom from negative energy and ill effects of planets. The reciter brings kings or high officials under his control and attains all kinds of opulence. Through this, various types of knowledge are obtained and attainment of kingdom (rule or important post) is certain. The reciter attains both the enjoyment of material pleasures and moksha (spiritual liberation), and becomes equal to Lord Shiva.
